Job Responsibilities:
- Manage factory automation machine projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure quality control of machine assembly to meet established standards.
- Collaborate effectively with customers to address their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Liaise with Japanese head office team members to align on project goals and standards.
- Lead the development and manufacturing of factory automation machines.
Qualifications:
- Gender: Open to male and female candidates.
- Age: Under 40 years old.
- Location: Must be willing and able to work in Ayutthaya province.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields.
- Experience: Experience with motor products is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure, with eagerness, patience, cooperation, self-motivation, and positive thinking.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to operate 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Creo Element).
- Experience in machine design and knowledge of GD&T.
- Basic proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
- Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
- PLC programming skills (e.g., Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron).
